Eventually I have a friend that work as telesales...
Always working late... until 11.30pm

I’m actually wondering>>> is the customer she serves still working??!!
She is handling M'sia and Sing companies. And to add on>>> less than 100 employees companies...
Totally doubt that this small companies she serve still operate until 10 / 11pm>>>

With the working hours from 9 till 6>>> I believe you should be able to settle all tasks and... Have an hour for your lunch and 15 mins of tea break...

Wow>>> two words>>> please WORK SMART
